1. Services
Amplified Nutrition provides online coaching services including nutrition planning, training programming, weekly check-ins, and support. All services are delivered remotely.
2. Payment
Coaching is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges. Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time with a minimum of one week's notice before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the month already paid.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, following their personalised plan, and communicating honestly with their coach. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
5. Health Disclaimer
Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise programme.
6. Intellectual Property
All plans, content, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Amplified Nutrition and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission.
