Tom has always been active and fit, but with age, his focus has shifted towards losing fat and building lean muscle through diet and training, whilst still maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Over the years, he has been able to transform his physique to a competitive bodybuilding level, competing in multiple shows and placing 2nd and 3rd in the UKBFF
He has achieved this through trial and error and evidence-based knowledge, alongside 6 years of personal training accrued through his experience. - all whilst studying at university, travelling, working 9-5 and still eating on a budget.
Now his focus is all about changing the lives of others using nutrition and fitness.
