Brad’s passion for fitness & training started around 10 years ago when he started playing rugby at a high standard for England colleges.
Brad prides himself on bringing a high level of energy, passion and knowledge to all of his personal training sessions.

Brad has a proven track record for helping people and his athletes shift their mindset as well as improving their physiques. His fitness ideology is based on falling in love with what’s underneath, helping to change your mind-set, building self-love and being able to achieve absolutely anything that we set our minds to. achieving the ideal physique is a bi-product of all of that then we’ve done it right.
